The free tab was wrong
Uploaded by someone who played it once. Half the bass notes missing, the chorus in the wrong octave, and no way to tell which part is the mistake — the tab or your hands.
The notes were never for a guitar
Software turned the soundtrack file into notation, and nobody checked whether a hand could reach it. Six notes across five frets, no fingering, no chance.
You learned one piece, then stopped
Nothing told you what to play next, or whether you were ready for it. So the guitar went back in the corner for another few months.

Who is writing these
I started because a tab lied to me
I was seventeen, I had a cheap acoustic with high action, and I wanted to play Sweden. I found a tab online, worked on it for a week, and it never sounded like the thing I loved. I assumed I was bad at guitar.
Then I sat down with the recording and worked it out by ear, one bar at a time. It took three evenings. And it sounded right immediately. The tab had been wrong the whole time — I had spent a week practising someone else’s mistake.
So I started writing my own. I posted them under the videos because people kept asking in the comments. That is genuinely the whole origin story: I make the tab I wish I had found at seventeen, and I do not publish one until I can play it cleanly on camera.
I am one person, not a catalogue company. That is the trade: you will not find every song here — but everything you do find, I have played, checked, and would happily be judged on.
The method
Four steps, in this order, every time
This is the reason there are thirty-five arrangements here and not five hundred.
Listen
The original goes on loop for hours. I find the voicing the composer actually used, not the closest chord that fits.
Play
I learn it on the guitar until it is clean at full tempo. If a passage cannot be played by a human hand, it gets rearranged — not written down anyway.
Notate
Every note gets a string, a finger and a position. Notation on top, tablature underneath, tuning and capo on page one.
Verify
I play the finished sheet cold, bar by bar, against the recording. Then I film it. The video you see is the tab you get.
